Spiderz acts as a booking agent for your domain name and handles domain name renewals. Key features of our domain name booking policy:

Booking

• Domain names may be booked for three, five or ten years through Spiderz.
• International top level domain names - .com, .net, .info, .org, .biz - can be booked at any time. Please email Sana Nayab to place an order.
• UAE domain names may be booked by contacting the domain booking authority in the United Arab Emirates. Spiderz can not book these domains on behalf of our clients. We may however, assist you in finding the right domain and giving you directions on where you may book it.
• Domain names booked through us are client property and are subject to release on request (no charges are applicable). Please see transfer section below.

Renewal

• Domain names may be renewed for three, five or ten years through Spiderz.
• We follow your domain’s expiry date and our system notifies us of all expiring domains well in advance. This allows hassle-free renewals and reduces the chance of loosing a booking.
• A domain renewal notice is emailed to you at least 60 days prior to your domain name’s expiry.

Transfer

• A release request may be made in writing by sending an email to support@spiderz.com and our staff will arrange to have your domain transferred to you.
• There are no costs involved in having your domain transferred away from Spiderz, however, you may have to pay a transfer fee to the registrar to whom you are transferring your domain.
• Registrars disallow and nullify any domain name transfer request if this is made within the last 10 days of expiry of the domain name. A domain may only be transferred to another registrar if there are 10 or more days between the current date and the date of expiry.
• A domain transfer may be rejected by a registrar on any grounds. In such a case, the reason for rejection would require a resolution and you may be requested to place a second transfer order by your registrar. Since each registrar’s policies differ, it is best to review regulations as proposed by your registrar prior to initiating the first transfer.

Cancellation

• Domain cancellation is possible if we receive a signed and stamped letter requesting the cancellation.
• Canceled domains may end up in the hands of domain hawks who may publish unsuitable materials at your domain in hope that you may approach them to reclaim the domain at higher rates. A safe practice is to keep a domain for at least 3-years and then discard it at the end of this term.
• Spiderz does not offer a pro-rated refund/credit on any advance collections or deposits made against domain name bookings.

Payment

• You may choose to book a domain for three, five or ten years and pay every three years, every five or every ten years.
• All payments are made in advance at time of booking of new domains.
• Domain renewals should be made at least 30 days prior to expiry of the domain name.
