Linux web hosting service details are as follows. Windows environment is also available however, Windows packages are not published at this time (configurations may vary).

Email services provided by Spiderz are protected for spam by The Spamhaus Project and SpamCop.net email blacklist systems.

Web Hosting Fact Sheet

Spiderz offers shared web hosting services to hundreds of UAE businesses. We maintain a local support team to maintain our servers, manage client requests and ensure 99.99% server up-time. Our servers are located in the United States and we opt to host with several providers depending on the kind of solution, expertise or service required.

With over seven years of in-house experience on managing dedicated, virtual-private and shared servers on both Windows and Linux, we offer extensive knowledge when it comes to choosing the right solution for your website or web app.

Our hosting strategy is multi-vendor and we believe in providing well-configured multi-platform solutions on Windows and Linux based technology

Booking

• Web hosting may be purchased by emailing Sana Nayab.
• You may choose to book a domain name along with your web hosting.
• All shared hosting accounts are setup within 24-hours of your order.

Renewal

• A renewal notice is sent to all clients 60 days prior to expiry of your web hosting account. Our billing department follows up at regular intervals thereafter to ensure payment collection well in advance of your expiry date.
• All unpaid accounts are disabled on the date of expiry and services may automatically shutdown. Please ensure you make your payment well in advance to ensure continuation of service.
• If a domain name was booked along with your web hosting account, you will receive a renewal notice for the domain along with your web hosting renewal. Read more about our domain name services here.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your web hosting account at any time during the course of our web hosting period. Please note that Spiderz does not offer a pro-rated refund/credit against any advance collections or deposits made towards web hosting services.
• Domain name cancellation may also be requested. Please review our domain name services policy for more details on domain name cancellation.

Payment

• Payments are collected in advance and Spiderz does not offer a pro-rated refund/credit against any advance collections or deposits made towards web hosting services.
• Web hosting is billed for 12-months in advance and may be paid for longer periods.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes are valid for 15 days from date of issue.
