• We strongly advocate the use of paid advertising alongside organic search optimization (free traffic).
• SEO yields results in the medium to long run and requires considerable investment of time and money.

Newsletters

• Copy writing services are not included on our newsletter products and is available as a separate service.
• Clients are requested to submit legitimate email databases that were either rented from reliable opt-in mailing list providers or collected genuinely by the client.
• We follow a strict anti-spam policy and do not tolerate spam. We encourage all our customers to engage in sound communication practices.
• Client are required to understand that not all email gets delivered on time and technical delays may occur due to mail networks.
• Clients may submit a list of email clients that their customers use and we will ensure mail formatting consistency on those programs.

Promotion

• Paid promotion systems are extensively statistics based and performance can be tracked.
• In any analysis statistics delivered by the advertising principle (Google, Facebook, etc) is considered final and correct.
• We do not perform parallel performance testing and rely heavily to tracking systems available from Google.
• Conversion rates may or may not yield positive returns and like all advertising customers must follow due diligence in planning their marketing spend.

• Payments are collected in advance and Spiderz does not offer a pro-rated refund/credit against any advance collections or deposits made towards web marketing services.
