Web Site Maintenance
Overview
An accurate method applied to web site maintenance is the use of an all inclusive hourly base rate that is applied to your work (in the form of estimates). Spiderz offers two web site maintenance programs.
Updates that require less than 25 work hours are covered under our hourly program. If your updates are regular or require a higher number of work hours we offer an annual support program that offers better pricing on the hourly base rate.

HourlyBliss™ Program
We offer a standard per hour rate of AED. 370 for the following web updates. Prices are all inclusive.
Spiderz HourlyBliss Content
Includes making updates to your web site content, data entry, spell checking and ensuring consistency in formatting.
Spiderz HourlyBliss Design
Changes to your web site’s design and structure are covered here, e.g. menu structure updates, banner replacements, etc. Most of the graphics work is also done here.
Spiderz HourlyBliss Development
Allows you to have changes made your site’s code and programming.

SupportMe is our annual support program and provides the following three services year long:

HourlyBliss Program
Job Ordering
- Clients are required to submit a written/ verbal brief for all updates.
- Depending on the work involved, we estimate the number of hours of work allocation.
- A quote based on this estimate is presented to client for approval.
- Work is commenced soon afterwords.
Payment
- Payments are collected in advance.
- Spiderz does not offer a pro-rated refund/credit against any advance collections or deposits made towards web maintenance services.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes are valid for 15 days from date of issue.
SupportMe Program
Job Ordering
- Clients are required to submit a written brief for each update.
- Depending on the work invovled, Spiderz estimates the number of hours of work allocation.
- An job order based on this estimate is presented to client for approval.
- Number of hours approved for work are reduced from the client’s allocation of hours.
- Balance hours may be used at any time during the contract period.
Terms and Conditions
- Hours usable towards Content Updates 50%, towards Design Updates 30% and towards Development support 20%.
- Hours are interchangeable and may be moved among support categories.
- Hours are not carried forward to next contract period.
- If allocated hours are used up during contract period, more hours may be purchased in packs of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 at the rate applicable as per the contracted support package.
- Client may choose to upgrade to the next higher support level by paying the difference between package amounts.
- Support hours are applied towards maintenance of a single web project and can not be applied towards a mix of projects or transferred between projects.
Cancellation
- A current support contract may be terminated at any time by the client.
- Cancellations are effective immediately from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
- Support contracts expire automatically at the end of the contracted support period.
- A renewal reminder/ notice is sent one month prior to the date of expiry and accompanies an invoice for the next period.
Payment
- All payments are made in advance and are final. No refunds are issued at any point in time.
