Spiderz helped Sky Land Realty on two fronts when we approached them following a recommendation from one of their existing customers. First of all they helped us by explaining what was available to us in terms of Site Options. Secondly and more importantly, they understood our marketplace well, created a package and design that works for our customers and us.
The Support Service has been excellent. We are still a relatively young company and perhaps were initially a little naive in our understanding of how powerful a business tool a well designed web site can be. Spiderz has helped us to utilize the tool from Administrative, Operational and Marketing disciplines and requirements.
Technical Support has been prompt when required. We are always confident that Spiderz will solve any technical difficulties and problems that arise from general internet usage and interfaces with our office I.T. systems. We can assure anyone that Spiderz have the virtue of patience as well the as business and technical skills required to provide the service that they do.
