Where’s the good old personable you?
Get that you at the front desk, on the sales letter, at the kiosk, on email, on telephone, on your newsletter, on IM, in your literature, on your notepads, on your sales material, on your promotional gifts and definitely when you meet humans, face to face.
When you communicate, get that personable you do the job.
That’s when you produce excellent customer service.
Not otherwise.
