This Anti-Spam Policy explains what Spam is, and our policy on the prohibition and transmission of spam through our Service.

Spam or Spamming is the use of messaging systems to send multiple unsolicited email messages (spam) to large numbers of recipients for the purpose of commercial advertising, for the purpose of non-commercial proselytizing, for any prohibited purpose (especially the fraudulent purpose of phishing), or simply sending the same message over and over to the same user.

The Company does not permit or authorise others to use the Service to collect, compile or obtain any information about the Company’s customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber email addresses, which are the Company’s confidential and proprietary information. Use of the Service is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send email to, or through, the Service. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of the Company’s rights.

Unauthorised use of the Service in connection with the transmission of unsolicited email, including the transmission of email in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.
