If a payment for your order has been received already, We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which Your order was placed. Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
• The Goods while in Your use were not subject to any form of abuse or violation of our Policies.

The following Goods cannot be refunded:

• Domain names when registered by their respective registrars.
• Any third party services when fully activated.
• Bespoke services once fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or refunds of any services that do not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
