What do you need from me?
We need a design brief with information about your project. We also require your logo, product and service information and professionally shot photos (when applicable, e.g. your products). Besides this, we may need any available site content.
I don't have a logo, can you make one for me?
A logo is not used on every website, for instance a blog may not need one. If you need a logo for your website or business, simply create one on Logo Makr. We're not the best to hire for logo work.
Do you write my site content?
Yes, when you opt for the 10 Page Website with SEO or add More Website Pages, we write content for you. When you order a Full Website Revamp, your content is rewritten or refreshed as needed. Any new pages still receive new content.
Do I have to buy stock photos?
Nope. We use Unsplash.com for all our photos needs and highly recommend the free service. And unDraw for illustrations.
Can you help me rank high in Google?
A prime position on Google’s front page can be a boon for your business. Getting there is no longer as easy as it used to be, but we make it our mission to ensure our clients get the most out of their SEO.
Do you offer ongoing help with our new website?
Yes, we support all new websites for 12-months after launch.
Will my website work on smart phones and tablets?
Yes! More people are accessing the web on their phones and tablets than ever before. If your site doesn't display properly on a mobile or tablet screen, you risk losing potential customers. Every site we build is responsive and appears customized for mobiles and tablets.
Are there any other costs for my website?
All new websites include free domain name registration2 and web hosting for one year. Thereafter, we charge you our normal fees for renewal. And we'll always make it clear if there are extra charges, so that you know exactly where you stand.
