Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The Goods while in Your use were not subject to any form of abuse or violation of our Policies.

The following Goods cannot be refunded:

  • Domain names when registered by their respective registrars.
  • Any third party services when fully activated.
  • Bespoke services once fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or refunds of any services that do not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
