My email account is full. How do I clear up space or archive emails?
If your email account is full, you can delete old or unnecessary emails via webmail or an email client. To archive emails, consider using an email client like MS Outlook to download and store emails locally on your computer, ensuring they’re backed up before deleting them from the server.
In most cases, you’re only running out of quota due to an incorrect mailbox quota assigned to your mailbox. Create a request and contact our support team to sort this out for you.
Good to Know: Always backup important emails before deleting, as once deleted from the server, recovery might be impossible or costly.
